Accounting professional with at least five  years of experience in all aspects of financial and office management including accounts payable, payroll, billing and cash collections, reporting along with all aspects of office administration including working with all external partners – business and investment partners, bank representatives, insurance representatives, trade vendors, etc. Ability to manage and coordinate local, state and federal filings. Experience with current technologies such as Microsoft Office – in particular Excel and Word – and real estate specific information management and general ledger systems is required [business currently utilizes the Yardi property management systems]
Prefer a full time individual but working hour flexibility exist to allow for reduced work week hours including flex hours on daily or weekly basis.
