Under general supervision in the Student Data Center of the Registrar’s Office, the Student Data Analyst provides advanced operational support to students, faculty and staff. The employee provides accurate enrollment, degree and institutional data to external customers to remain compliant with state law and federal student aid, as well as Veteran Affairs regulations. The Student Data Analyst will use critical thinking skills to analyze, interpret and facilitate the full student life-cycle, from application to graduation. The employee is responsible for fully understanding College and department policies and procedures, and possess the ability to work in a collaborative, high paced environment. The employee is expected to possess excellent customer service skills to accurately and consistently relay information to external customers.
Anticipated Hiring Range: $26,988 - $38,460
Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma and work experience in collecting, processing and reporting information in a data processing environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to decipher problems and make knowledgeable decisions regarding application of academic policy and procedures; takes initiative, organizes, and prioritizes a multi-faceted workload; and demonstrates vast knowledge of the educational records systems.
