Our Lead Generation System
Each week Symmetry will mail thousands of letters to people who bought or refinanced a home. Our letter states that we will pay off their mortgage in the event of their death or make the mortgage payments for them in case of a critical illness or disability. In exchange for this protection, the client pays a monthly premium; at the end of the term, if the client is still alive, they can receive all of their money back!
Interested homeowners fill out our mini-questionnaire and mail it back to us, you will call them and set an appointment to present them with the best options to fit their budget! No cold calling!
This sales system has revolutionized the insurance industry and allows our agents to make over $120K in the very first year regardless of experience.
At the beginning, you'll start in the field, where we have warm leads so no cold calling is required. We focus on mortgage protection, final expense, and retirement. Your week will look like this:
One day on the phone setting your appointments
Two and a half days in the field sitting with families. Appointments run approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
One half day for any follow-up items
You set your own schedule and work the days you want to work.
This is a commission based sales position. The average commission is around $500 per sale and most agents will write 2 to 10 coverage applications per week (depending on par- time / full-time status)
Part Time agents who complete 1-2 sales per week can see and average weekly income of $500 - $1,000 and an estimated annual income of $25,000 - $50,000.
Agents who complete 3-5 sales per week can expect an average weekly income of $1500 - $2,500 with an estimated annual income of $75,000 - $125,000
Agents who complete 6-8 sales per week can expect an average weekly income of $3,000 - $4,000 with an annual income of $150,000 - $200,000
Agents who are exceptional in sales and complete 9-12 sales per week can expect a weekly income of $4,500 - $6,000 or $225,000 - $300,000 annually.
**These figures are based on a starting commission level. A 5% commission increase is possible every two months by hitting attainable production goals**

What to do next:
Someone with no experience in the industry can make six figures their first year as long as they're coachable and willing to work hard the first year. We have all the training in place when you plug into the system you plug into success.
