Normal Kitchen Manager responsibilities
Assist in development of new special and core menu items
Recipe writing, SOP creation
Development of culinary skills with input into new items
Promotions from within where upward mobility is a real opportunity.

· Knowledge of BOH operations
· Knowledge of inventory and control systems
· Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
· Staffing and recruiting hourly employees / retention of top employees
· Ability to follow policy and procedures (corporate restaurant policy)
· No Felonies or DUI's and must have valid driver’s license
