Looking for dynamic individuals to work and be cross-trained in all areas of kitchen. Stations include grill, fry, torta (Mexican sandwiches), taco, expo, and food prep. Line cook reports to Kitchen Manager.
- Applicant's high level of character and integrity is vital.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn new systems and new ideas, and openness to challenging, fast-paced environment are NON-NEGOTIABLE.
- Candidate must possess high level of personal responsibility, respect for him/herself and others, and excellent communication skills.
- Basic knife skills appreciated but not necessary.
- Work preparing products at various stations using multiple equipment, i.e. grill, fry vat, kettles, knives, etc.
- Working various postion throughout the kitchen.
- Must learn recipes for all menu items
- Must keep stations stocked, clean and sanitized at all times.
- Must understand established food safety guidelines.
- Must be alert and work safely at all times.
- High School Graduate/GED
- Modest level of kitchen experience appreciated but not absolutely necessary
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to walk and stand on feet for long periods of time.
