The Customer Success Specialist serves as a sales resource to new and existing clients and operational sales support for a sales team.
The CSS works in partnerships with Account Executives to ensure smooth workflow, ad delivery, and client satisfaction.
This role requires the ability to excel in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.Must have a proven track record of excellence in sales support, strong time management and organizational skills.
Build strong business relationships with assigned clients.
