The Operations Assistant is responsible for many different tasks and plays a big part in the smooth operation of our business. This position is expected to carry out multiple administrative duties, including answering phones, processing small parcel shipments, POD's, Routing Couriers, Invoicing Orders, Data Entry Logistics Management and assisting in various other duties.
Handle various administrative Tasks
Online Inventory Management
Project based tasks
Assist in multiple inter departmental projects
Daily Small Parcel Processing
Daily Order Processing
Daily Routing and Forwarding of Orders
Proven experience as an administrative assistant and or Operations Assistant
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in English
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong attention to detail
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
Discretion and confidentiality
High level verbal and written communications skills
Logistics and small parcel processing
Light Accounting tasks such as Invoicing and Creating Credit memos
Quick books Knowledge
High School degree; additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage.
