We're looking for an energetic and professional Sales Consultant to work with clients across the GTA.
We have a public relations department that is responsible for securing all of our leads. Sales Consultants receive leads every week; therefore, as a Sales Consultant you will spend your time working with clients and NOT prospecting through cold calling, door knocking etc. Additionally, you will NOT be spending time on Marketing – we've got that covered!

Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
• Attend consultations to assess client needs and explain the supplemental benefits which they have requested
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings in office in regards to team building and performance
• Identify and refine the needs and wants of clients based on home presentations
• Learn scripts and sales skills
$40 000-$60 000 (based on the current national average for Consultants within the first year)
Our remuneration package is second to none - including weekly bonuses, lifetime monthly renewals (residual income), full benefits after 90 day probation period (Sales Consultants belong to the union), and upward mobility based on merit and results.
HLLQP/LLQP an asset
Please note this position will require you to drive to meet your clients, as a result a valid Ontario drivers license and access to your own vehicle is required. Your schedule will be flexible and will depend on your availability as well as the availability of your client, but will also require some week nights and weekend days, as this is the best time to meet clients.
