Part-Time/ Temporary Bridge Programs Resource Assistant (State Title: TAA50 Temporary Administrative Specialist II)
The Bridge Program Resource Assistant is responsible for providing a broad spectrum of administrative and support services for the Bridge to Clemson Program at Tri-County Technical College.
Responsibilities include providing a variety of educational and personal assistance to prospective and current students; especially related to enrollment process and program academic requirements. The Program Resource Assistant will be responsible for administrative, clerical, and front-line customer service activities of the Bridge Programs Office. These responsibilities may include, but are not limited to; answering phone calls, returning voicemail and email messages, receiving/distributing mail, helping with walk-in traffic, compiling database information, handling event logistics (mailings, tracking RSVPs, name tags, scheduling facilities, maintaining participant lists, greeting guests, etc.), assisting students with academic requirements and processes, and communicating Program and College deadlines/requirements.
The Program Resource Assistant reports to the Director of Bridge and Educational Partnership Programs.
Anticipated Hiring Range: $13.00 - $17.00
Minimum Qualifications: An associate degree and three years of relevant program experience or a high school diploma and five years of relevant program experience.
Preferred Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant program experience.
