Pallet World Inc. in Lugoff, SC. is currently looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant / Logistics Coordinator to support its pallet repair operation. This position is for second shift from about 5pm to 9pm, an average of 20 hours a week.Job Summary:• Must be Microsoft Office proficient. Exceptional organizational skills; will assist the location in the daily operations which include but are not limited to: collecting data, data entry, inventory control, and contributing to the overall success of the location.Job Responsibilities:• Data Entry -- Complete transactions accurately and in a timely manner on both new and existing accounts.• Scheduling/Logistics -- maintain schedule logs, review driver's logs, maintaining files, and maintain maintenance records• Track time and attendance; ability to learn Paychex timekeeping system• Inventory Control -- Maintaining control of all current products.• Ability to learn SAP requirements.• Account Maintenance --Ensure all required documentation is included in each customer's file. Information must be accurate and complete.• Customer Privacy- Ensure integrity of all customer files/documentation information.• Phone Etiquette -- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional, customer-oriented manner.• Loss Prevention -- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and directives to ensure the safety of employees.• Oversee center operations when management is not present; which will involve opening the office.• Clean the office daily.• Ensure all Federal, State and Local laws are being followed.• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.• Adhere to all safety regulations.
